1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the SolAroha website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and SolAroha ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or make purchases from our Site.

2. Products and Orders

SolAroha sells skirts, pants, and tops as described on the Site. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or product information. Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion. Order confirmation via email does not signify our acceptance; acceptance is deemed upon shipment of the item(s).

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolAroha, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the purchase of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to your order or these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the SolAroha Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of SolAroha or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "SolAroha" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of SolAroha.

You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by SolAroha.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original shipment date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and final sale products are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
