SolAroha offers a single, reliable Standard Shipping option for all orders. We partner with leading global carriers to ensure your fashion finds reach you safely and efficiently.
Please note that all orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:
- Domestic (New Zealand): 3-7 business days after shipment.
- International: 10-20 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country's customs processing.
These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may occasionally be impacted by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, weather, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The exact shipping fee will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Destinations
We are thrilled to ship our skirts, pants, and tops worldwide. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please proceed to checkout or contact us for confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at [email protected].
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that you, as the recipient, are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to SolAroha. We cannot predict or control these fees, and they vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. SolAroha is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs, or unclaimed at the local post office), we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued minus the original shipping costs and any return handling fees incurred.
