At SolAroha, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase of our skirts, pants, and tops. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review the following policy details regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
- A proof of purchase or order number is required.
Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or missing tags due to customer handling are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
The Return Process
- Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the eligible item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
Refund Timeline
Please allow the following timeframes for the entire process:
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Bank/Credit Card Refund: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to refund your original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover all associated shipping costs.
